Add CRN to invoices

Halaxy automatically displays the practice location's or individual practitioner's business/tax identification number in every issued invoice. All you need to do is enter the CRN in the system, and it automatically appears on all your invoices.

Add CRN for a practice location

When you set an CRN for a practice location, this CRN is used by default in invoices for all practitioners at that location. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the practice location’s details section, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, for the CRN field, enter the location's CRN.

  4. Click Save.

Add CRN for an individual practitioner

When you choose to set an CRN for an individual practitioner, this CRN is used in invoices for that practitioner instead of the practice location’s CRN. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Personal > Locations.

  2. Under the relevant location, for the relevant practitioner, click the Icon-Plus.svg plus icon to expand their details. Next to CRN in Use, click the Icon-Edit.svg pencil icon.

  3. In the pop-up, enter the practitioner’s CRN.

  4. Click Save.
